Alka Chachriya

Alka Chachriya currently serves as Director & PMO in the CHRO's office and Lead for HRBP in Tech Engineering at IKS Health since January 2024. Prior experience includes a Director and PMO role in the CHRO's office at Cipla from June 2018 to January 2024, where Alka progressed from Sr. Manager in Performance & Executive Compensation to Sr. HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Alka's earlier roles comprised several internships in reputed companies, including Fieldwork Intern positions at Cipla, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Godrej Agrovet Limited, India Value Fund Advisors, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Alka holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology DAVV, Indore. High school education was completed at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Khargone.
