Dr. Aishwarya Ruparel

Dr. Aishwarya Ruparel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both healthcare and client management. Currently serving as Team Manager of the Voice of Customer Quality at IKS Health since October 2022, Dr. Ruparel oversees client satisfaction metrics and drives process improvements through data analysis and collaboration. Previous roles include Voice of Customer Specialist and Quality Expert at IKS Health, where responsibilities involved conducting client surveys and audit checks in clinical documentation. Dr. Ruparel also founded Ruparel Dental Clinic, managing general dental cases while collaborating with specialists for complex treatments, and worked as an Associate Dentist at Dr. Bhansali’s Dental Clinic. An alumnus of Government Dental College and Hospital Mumbai, holding a BDS degree, Dr. Ruparel is furthering education with a diploma in Cosmetology, Trichology, and Obesity Management at Tulip International Institute for Cosmetology & Wellness.
