Jason Kolinoski

Jason Kolinoski currently serves as the U.S. Chief Operating Officer at IKS Health, following the acquisition of AQuity Solutions in November 2023. Prior to this role, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at AQuity Solutions, a healthcare technology services company formed from the sale of M*Modal to 3M in 2019. Jason's career began at Medical Records Resources, Inc. in 1995, and included significant positions such as Senior Vice President & General Manager at M*Modal, Senior Vice President Sales Operations & Strategic Accounts at M*Modal, and Chief Operating Officer at CBay Systems. Additionally, Jason held the Vice President Operations role at Lernout and Hauspie Speech Products and served as Director of MIS at both Everad, Inc. and Medical Records Resources, Inc.
