Karthikeyan Deenadhayalan

Karthikeyan Deenadhayalan has extensive work experience in the medical coding industry. Karthikeyan is currently an Associate Vice President at IKS Health since 2023, where they are responsible for operational delivery and excellence, growth enablement, and NPS. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, they worked as the General Manager of the Medical Coding Division at ScribeEMR Systems Private Limited, where they oversaw the division's operations and expansion, implemented process improvements, and identified opportunities for product development. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they were the Deputy General Manager of Coding Operations at LogixHealth, managing service delivery, process automation, and quality control. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as the Manager of Service Delivery at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, handling various medical coding specialties for US clients and ensuring SLA compliance. Karthikeyan also had previous experience as a Payor Relationship Executive at Nittany Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2007, managing medical records conversion and claim processing.

Karthikeyan Deenadhayalan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry from Vels College of Science in Chennai between 2003 and 2006. Karthikeyan also obtained a certification in CPC from AAPC in 2012.
