Kristin Shadick

Kristin Shadick has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin is currently the VP of Market Leadership Sales at IKS Health since 2023. In 2022, they founded Better B Wellness Consulting, specializing in consulting and commercial development for digital/traditional health companies serving female consumers. Kristin also worked as a Founding Commercial Advisor and Founding Chief Commercial Officer at GoStork from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Consultant at Mymee in 2021, and as a Life Science & Healthcare Advisor at SalesMark Ventures from 2020 to 2021. Shadick also held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer at Organic Conceptions brand at SalesMark Ventures from 2020 to 2021, Vice President of Sales at Univfy from 2017 to 2020, Regional Sales Manager at Natera from 2013 to 2017, and Sales Manager at Alere Inc., Matria Women's Healthcare Division from 2012 to 2013.

Kristin Shadick holds a Master's degree in Clinical Health from Fordham University. Kristin also obtained a certification in Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking from LinkedIn in 2020. Kristin has a degree in Midwifery Management from St. Vincent's Medical Center, Elizabeth Seton Birthing Center. Furthermore, they completed a Dual Major in Psychology and Art from The New School.
