Sachin Pradeep Mule has extensive work experience at IKS Health. Sachin Pradeep began their career at the company in 2009 as an Associate and then worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Process Trainer. In 2016, Sachin became a Quality Assurance Lead and was responsible for ensuring defect-free service delivery to clients. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager in Training, and from 2018 to 2019, they were a Delivery Manager in Training and Quality Assurance. Sachin then advanced to the role of Senior Manager, where they were accountable for the overall functional learning management of four lines of business and over 1400 operational employees. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Hiring and Training, where they oversee the recruitment and training processes within the organization.
