Senior Vice President, Healthcare Systems at IKS Health

Shane Cullina, MBA, FACHE has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shane is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at IKS Health since July 2023. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Consultant in Operations & Business Development from October 2022 to July 2023.

Shane also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Options Medical Weight Loss from June 2022 to October 2022. Shane held various leadership positions at Optum, starting as the Vice President of Operations for American Health Network from October 2019 to March 2021, and then as the SVP of Operations from March 2021 to June 2022.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Shane gained valuable experience in the US Army, serving as an Executive Officer & Troop Commander from March 2014 to October 2016, a Senior Officer in Medical Operations from July 2012 to March 2014, and a Health Services Administrator from December 2009 to July 2012.

Shane began their career as an Athletic Training Intern with the Carolina Panthers in 2005. With their MBA and FACHE certifications, Shane possesses a strong background in operations, business development, and customer success, making him a valuable asset in their current role.

Shane Cullina, MBA, FACHE has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine, Military Science and Leadership from Purdue University. Shane also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Policy, Economics and Administration from Ball State University. Shane Cullina completed their high school education at Bishop Chatard High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives, Certified Green Belt in Process Improvement (LEAN Six Sigma) from Community Health Network, Certified Change Agent in Process Improvement (LEAN Six Sigma) from Community Health Network, and Army Healthcare Administration Certification (BHAC) from the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD).
