Srushti Rao

Srushti Rao has diverse work experience in various industries, starting with their role as an Executive Producer and Project Manager at Kale Entertainment & Resorts from 2002 to 2004. Srushti then worked as a CSE at 3 Global services in 2004-2005. Following that, they had a role as a Business Development Manager at Insight Screening in 2007-2008. Rao then joined First Advantage as a Business Development professional from 2005 to 2007. Srushti later served as the Manager of Communication at TECNIMONT ICB PVT. LTD from 2008 to 2012. Srushti then became the Co-Founder, Editor in Chief at ItemMom from 2016 to 2019. Rao also worked as an Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communication at Pearl Academy from 2017 to 2019. Srushti held various positions at PenWindow Communications, including Marketing Head, Strategic Alliance, Communication Head, Co-Founder, and CEO from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Rao serves as the VP of Communications at IKS Health.

Srushti Rao's education history includes a BFA in Paintings from Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, obtained from 1997 to 2001. Srushti also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Indian Aesthetics from Jnanapravaha Mumbai from 2017 to 2018. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Senior Management Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Srushti is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, starting in 2021. In 2021 to 2022, they participated in the Center for Executive Excellence (CEE) / IKS IKON Leadership program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as social media marketing, diversity, equity, and inclusion, crisis communication, and design thinking from institutions including LinkedIn and Udemy.
