Rachel Hui has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Bar Waitress at Little Asia Restaurant. Rachel then worked as a Bar Waitress at Amaysia in 2016, and as a Senior Barista and Barista at Chatime from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Microbiologist Laboratory Technician at SGS and a Laboratory Support Worker at NHS England. Currently, Rachel is a Scientist in Cell Biology and a Laboratory Technician at Iksuda Therapeutics. As a Laboratory Technician, they support experimental work by maintaining the operational capability of the chemistry, biology and cell culture laboratories and ensuring CO2 and nitrogen levels are maintained and stocked for production.
