Development Scientist at Iksuda Therapeutics

Sarah Robinson has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Sarah began their career at Marriott International as a Conference & Events Staff, where they developed excellent customer service and relations skills. Sarah was later promoted to Conference & Banqueting Supervisor and was responsible for staff shift management, training, and other departmental administration. In 2003, they began working as a Dental Laboratory Technician at Dental Prosthetics, followed by a similar role at Private Dental Prosthetics in 2004. In 2006, they began working at A-LINE Dental Services Limited, where their main role was the fabrication of dental models. In 2008, they took on a Sales Advisor role at Parkdean Resorts, delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers. Since 2019, Sarah has been working as a Development Scientist at Iksuda Therapeutics, where they are focused on providing more effective treatments for patients who have few options.

Sarah Robinson attended Gosforth High School from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their GCSEs. Sarah then attended Newcastle College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a National Diploma in Dental Technology. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Newcastle College again, completing Higher Education Foundation Courses (HEFC) in Biology, Chemistry, and Quantitative Methods. Finally, they attended Northumbria University from 2010 to 2019, earning a Biomedical Sciences BA (Hons) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences.
