Kari Ann Flesner

Kari Ann Flesner is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Pacific Propeller International since March 2022 and as Human Resources Manager at IL Logistics Inc since December 2020, Kari Ann has extensive experience in employee relations, recruiting, and compliance with employment law. Previous roles include HR recruitment and training at Cutter & Buck, management positions at Amazon overseeing large teams and operational functions, and serving as a Transportation and Customer Service Manager at The Home Depot. With a foundation in systems management and customer relations from earlier positions, Kari Ann has developed a strong skill set in human resources, operations management, and team leadership. Education was obtained at South Puget Sound Community College from 1991 to 1993.
