Phuong H Nguyen

Phuong H Nguyen is an experienced Sales Training Manager with a solid background in training and development within various organizations. Currently serving at ILA Vietnam since August 2021, Phuong previously held the same title at DHL from September 2015 to September 2019, focusing on initiatives to enhance productivity and employee motivation. Additionally, Phuong worked as a Sales Trainer & Project Coordinator at Triumph International from June 2013 to September 2015, where training programs for Store Managers and Sales Associates were developed. Phuong's early career includes a role as a Marketing Executive at VNG Corporation from March 2012 to March 2013, responsible for online marketing strategies and budget management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Multi Media System in Sales Training from RMIT University Vietnam (2016-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Design of Multimedia System from RMIT University (2005-2008).
