Khaya Mqikela

Khaya Mqikela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career at L&T Infotech as a Trainee in March 2013 before moving on to FNB South Africa as a Technical Tester from October 2013 to December 2014. Khaya then worked at Hollard Insurance as a Test Analyst in 2014-2015. They gained further experience as an Automation Test Analyst at JSE from July 2015 to July 2017. Khaya then joined FNB South Africa again in June 2018 as an Automation Specialist, a position they held until February 2020. Currently, Khaya is working at Investec as an Automation Specialist since February 2020.

Khaya Mqikela's education history is as follows:

From 2009 to 2012, Khaya attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.

In 2015 to 2016, Khaya pursued an Honors degree (BSc (Hons)) in Computing at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

From 2019 to 2021, Khaya completed a Postgraduate Degree in Risk Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

In terms of additional certifications, Khaya obtained the ISTQB certification from the ISTQB institution in August 2013. In May 2018, Khaya received the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Khaya also obtained the Certified Disciplined Agilist certification from the Disciplined Agile Consortium in September 2018.
