Abby Holaschutz

As Vice President – Transformation & Business Optimization, Abby leads strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all areas of the business. He joined ILC Dover in March 2021 as Senior Director of Marketing and Strategy and helped to establish the Company’s pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical business growth. Prior to ILC Dover, Abby served as Vice President Global Supply Chain & Chief Procurement Officer at Smiths Medical and held roles at McKinsey & Company where he consulted life science companies globally on broad topics. Abby earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Design, from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
