Dan Lichter

Dan Lichter has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as a Staffing Intern at Johnson Controls in 2006. Throughout their career, Dan progressed through various roles at Johnson Controls, including Recruiter, Lead Analyst in Global Compensation, and Manager and Senior Manager in Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Clarios as a Senior Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources, focusing on Manufacturing Operations. In 2022, Dan took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources - Global Operations at ILC Dover.

Dan Lichter completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, History, and Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2006. In 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
