Kristin Hedgelon

Kristin Hedgelon is an experienced professional in quality management and assurance, currently serving as the Global Quality Manager for New Product Introduction at ILC Dover since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Quality Control Scientist at Takeda, and as a Sterility Assurance Consultant at Pharmatech Associates. Kristin spent 14 years at Sanofi Pasteur, progressing from Manager of Sterility Assurance to Deputy Director of Project Management Manufacturing Technology. Responsibilities encompassed departmental management, facilitating cross-functional project teams, ensuring inspection readiness, and leading sterility failure investigations. Earlier in career, Kristin was a Senior Pharmaceutical Microbiologist at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, where testing and compliance activities were performed. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
