Monika Vistica

Monika Vistica began their career at ILC Dover in 2019 as a Utility Team Assembler, later moving up to Operations Team Lead, Supervisor, and currently serves as a Technical Support Lead. Prior to joining ILC Dover, they were self-employed as a Visual Artist from 2007 to 2019.

Monika Vistica completed their Master of Education (MEd) at University Džemal Bijedić Mostar from 2010 to 2015. Monika also obtained a certification in Technical Writing from Innopharma Education in 2023.
