Carol Rideout

Carol Rideout has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ironton-Lawrence County Area Community Action Organization since February 2012. In this role, Carol acts as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries and provides crucial clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources executive. Prior experience includes tenure as a Store Manager at Movie Gallery from December 2002 to May 2010 and as Assistant Manager/Human Resources Coordinator at Pick'n Save Foods from September 1990 to October 2002. Carol's educational background features studies at Collins Career Technical Center (2012), Ohio University (1995-1998), Huntington Junior College (1985-1986), and Ironton High School.
