Mackenzie Coakley

Mackenzie Coakley has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Mackenzie currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the Ironton-Lawrence County Area Community Action Organization, which they assumed in January 2021. Prior to this, Mackenzie worked as an HR Generalist at PATH Integrated Health from October 2018 to January 2021. Mackenzie also has experience at Southern Ohio Medical Center, where they held roles such as Marketing Liaison/Coordinator of Hospice Relations, Assistant Manager, Human Resources Assistant, and Clinical Assistant from 2013 to 2018.

Mackenzie Coakley attended Shawnee State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In December 2022, they also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
