Francois Demeulenaere

Francois Demeulenaere is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital engineering and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Head of the Digital Engineering Department at Île-de-France Mobilités, Francois has successfully managed the regional multimodal information platform, significantly enhancing cybersecurity and improving response times for mobile applications. Previous roles include Deputy Head of IT Division, focusing on digital transformation and cloud infrastructure, and IT Manager at Cargill, where Francois supported 1,700 end users across multiple industrial locations. Francois's earlier experience includes technical analysis and consultative roles at PMU and USSI Ingenierie, along with a solid educational foundation with a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.
