Deniz Ismailoff Ed.d.

Deniz Ismailoff Ed.D. began their work experience as an Elementary School Teacher at First Avenue School in 2007, where they focused on creating engaging lesson plans and implementing technology in the classroom. Deniz also participated in workshops and professional development activities. In 2011, they joined iLearn Schools as a School Principal. In this role, they orchestrated standardized testing, assisted teachers in creating dynamic lessons, and planned targeted professional development goals. Deniz also served as a Master Mentor Teacher and collaborated with Rutgers University on a School System Improvement Plan project.

Deniz Ismailoff Ed.D. obtained a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Technology Leadership from New Jersey City University from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership, specializing in Principal and Supervision, from Felician University, spanning 2018 to 2020. In addition, Deniz holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Professional School Counseling from William Paterson University of New Jersey, acquired between 2015 and 2018. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Education from Montclair State University, completed from 2002 to 2006.

Deniz has also obtained various certifications including IRB Chair and Social and Behavioral Research from CITI Program in October 2021. Additionally, they hold a Certified Instructor certification from Handle With Care Behavior Management System Inc., as well as a Principal Licensure Certificate from the New Jersey Department of Education, both obtained in 2020. Deniz is also a certified Professional School Counselor, certified by the American School Counselor Association, and holds a Supervision Licensure Certificate from the New Jersey Department of Education.
