Élida Barros

Élida Barros has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 2002, they began their career as a Consultora de Vendas at METFORM S.A. where they were responsible for follow up of sales processes and relationship with suppliers, controlling and programming of sales, technical analysis of projects related to Metform products, and internal quality auditing. In 2011, they completed an Estágio Engenharia de Produto at Delphi, where they were responsible for accompanying the development of prototypes from the electrical project to the installation of the electrical harness in pre-series/prototypes, and commercial activities related to FIAT proposals and orders. In 2014, they became the Gestora IEG - Unidade Belo Horizonte at IEG - Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão, where they were responsible for structuring the Business School in Belo Horizonte and recognizing the brand in the Minas Gerais market, as well as shared management of the Business School and new project development area with CSC - Centro de Serviços Compartilhados. In 2019, they held two roles: Fundadora e Diretora Comercial at IFG - Instituto de Formação Gerencial and Mentora Voluntária at RME - Rede Mulher Empreendedora, where they helped female entrepreneurs to understand the economic context and validate their long-term ideas in a journey of success. In 2020, they became an Executiva de Contas at GX2. Currently, they are a Business IT Executive | DevOps at ilegra.

Élida Barros began their educational journey in 2002, when they enrolled in the Bacharelado em Pedagogia program at the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais. Élida completed their degree in 2006. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais for their Pós-graduação lato sensu em Psicopedagogia Clínica e Institucional, in the field of Education. In 2009, they enrolled in the Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção program at PUC Minas, which they completed in 2014. In 2022, they began their Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Gestão Estratégica de Processos de Negócio at PUC Minas.
