She also oversees a team of 3 individuals and ensures performance tracking through metrics and KPIs. Jessica has a background in commercial management, origination, and development of deals in the small-cap sector. She is highly experienced in fostering strategic partnerships and has a strong educational background in business, finance, and ecological transition. Prior to her current role, Jessica founded a sustainable travel blog and held various positions in marketing, communication, and project management. At Partnershift - Partnership Community, she is a member actively involved in community-building initiatives.
