Paula Pingel

Paula Pingel, MS, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business coaching, advisory roles, and leadership in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at the Harvard Business Review and Co-Founder of Crelucin™ Business Coaching, Paula focuses on guiding business owners toward sustainable success. Additional roles include Startup Advisor for MyLÚA Health and DentalFynd, and the Marketing Committee Chair for Zora's Cradle's Board of Directors, where efforts are directed at enhancing maternity services. Previous leadership positions, such as VP of Go-To-Market & Policy at Upstream USA and Director of Operations at AmerisourceBergen, reflect a strong commitment to improving healthcare access and implementing innovative business strategies.
