Lisa Toenniges

Lisa Toenniges is the CEO and Owner of Innovative Learning Group and has held various leadership roles with On My Own of Michigan, including Member of the Board of Trustees, Treasurer, and Secretary for the Executive Committee. Additionally, Lisa has served as Past President, President, and President-Elect for the International Society for Performance Improvement. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Consulting Services at Triad Performance Technologies and Instructional Designer at Ross Roy. Lisa holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Michigan State University.
