Caitlin Hawkins has a diverse work experience. Caitlin began their career in 2013 as a Sales Representative at Victoria's Secret. In 2016, they joined SEPHORA, where they have held various roles, including Service Coordinator Flagship Location, San Francisco District Classes for Confidence Organizer, Stage Experience Lead, and Beauty Class Facilitator. In 2021, they joined ILIA Beauty as a Brand Specialist.

Caitlin Hawkins obtained a Certification in Makeup Artistry from the Blush School of Makeup Artistry in 2016, after completing their Master Makeup Artistry Course.
