Celeste Melgar

Celeste Melgar currently serves as the Director of Global Product Marketing at ILIA Beauty since March 2025. Prior to this role, Celeste held various positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Director and Manager roles in Global Marketing for Clinique and Manager of Global Retail Marketing & Digital Education for TOM FORD BEAUTY. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Product Marketing Coordinator for Vera Wang Fragrances at Coty and as Assistant Marketing Manager for North America Fine Fragrance at IFF. Celeste began their career at Carol's Daughter as Executive Assistant to the President and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, obtained in January 2006.
