Jessica Graillot

Jessica Graillot is an experienced professional in the beauty and retail industry, currently serving as the Managing Director EME at ILIA Beauty since December 2022. Jessica previously held the position of Directrice des Achats & de l’Offre at Oh My Cream ! from April 2017 to December 2022 and worked as Acheteuse Beauté and Category Manager Internet Beauté at Galeries Lafayette between September 2014 and March 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Category Manager Soin Marques Exclusives - EMEA and Category Manager Parfum Marques Exclusives - EMEA at Sephora from April 2010 to August 2014, where responsibilities included driving sales, launching exclusive brands, and optimizing product assortments.
