Karl Trepanier

Karl Trepanier has over 18 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Karl began their career in 2002 as a Technical Packaging Engineer at L'Oréal. Karl then progressed to Manager of Purchasing, Director of Purchasing, Project Leader of WW Sourcing Projects, Director of WW Sourcing Projects, and Sourcing Center Director of the Latin America Zone. In 2016, they joined Urban Decay Cosmetics as Vice President of Operations, where they reduced total inventory value by half and improved service to clients by 10%. In 2019, they moved to ILIA Beauty as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations.

Karl Trepanier attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
