Emad Ghaeni

Emad Ghaeni is the managing partner at ILIA. Emad has extensive experience in organizational leadership, coaching, and consulting. Prior to ILIA, Emad was the founder and CEO of Webyad, a Shaparak board member and senior partner, and the head of operation. Emad has also held positions at the University of Tehran and RayaZeytoon.

Emad Ghaeni has a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Tehran. Emad also has a PostGraduate degree in Information Technology Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University. Emad has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Management from the University of Tehran. Emad Ghaeni also has certification from edX in edX Verified Certificate for u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future. Emad has certification from the Institude for Mindful Leadership in Finding The Space To Lead. Emad Ghaeni also has certification from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) in Search Inside Yourself. Finally, they have certification from Coursera in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence.
