Julien Fraichard

Julien Fraichard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julien is currently serving as the Head of Data Engineering at Free - Groupe iliad since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Opensee, where they held various roles including Vice President Innovation, CTO, and Head of Architecture and Data from November 2018 to July 2022.

Julien also worked as a Software Developer at The Independent Calculation Agent (ICA) from February 2018 to February 2020. Julien had a brief period of freelance work before that.

Julien's other roles include serving as the CTO at ETAONIS for a month, from November to December 2017. Julien was also the Responsable DATA at Selectively, Founder at Boumbo, and Interim CTO at SkinCar in the years 2016.

Julien has gained valuable experience in the field of economics and innovation through their role as Chef de bureau at Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances from May 2011 to September 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Insee (the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies) as a chef de service and Chef de la section étude sur le commerce. During their tenure at Insee, they managed a team of analysts who conducted regional studies for various government entities and gained expertise in database management, economic analysis, and report writing.

Julien Fraichard obtained a Master's degree in Economy & Statistics from École Polytechnique between 2000 and 2004.
