Omar Alshuaibi

Omar Alshuaibi is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Platforms Agile Transformation Director at stc since July 2014. With a focus on building an AI roadmap to enhance IT operations, Omar has developed strategies in critical domains such as predictive monitoring, fault prediction, automation, smart service desk operations, and auto diagnoses and resolution.
