Philippe Massoud is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since November 2006, Philippe has served as the Owner, CEO, and Executive Chef of ilili Restaurant, renowned for its contemporary Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on Levantine dishes, particularly from Lebanon. Prior to this role, Philippe worked as the Executive Concept Manager at Capital Restaurant Concepts from 1999 to 2004. Philippe's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Cornell University.
