Stephanie Hotchkin

Stephanie Hotchkin currently serves as Group AVP of Alliances at iLink Digital since October 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Director of Data & AI and Director of Digital Transformation within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as IT Project Manager at Cupertino Electric, Inc., and Project Manager at Molina Healthcare. Stephanie began as a Project Coordinator at TEKsystems and advanced to Management Consultant and Business Analyst at Consulting Excellence, Inc., where responsibilities included stakeholder analysis and process documentation for Southern California Edison. Early career roles were held in retail management at Ralphs Grocery Company and supervisory positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Stephanie holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Business Communications from CSU Fullerton and an Associate degree in General Studies from Saddleback College, complemented by a high school diploma from Mission Viejo High School.
