Melissa Nobleza

Melissa Nobleza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melissa began their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Administrator at Candle, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined Slade Group as a Personal Assistant and stayed with the company until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Melissa worked as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist at Ingeus.

In 2004, Melissa joined Servcorp as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, a role they held until 2018. During their time at Servcorp, they also served as an Implementation Project Manager from 2005 to 2008.

In 2019, Melissa moved to Canon Australia, where they held various executive assistant roles. Melissa initially worked as an Executive Assistant to the Director of IT and later became an Executive Assistant to the Director of Technology/Operations and Chief Legal Counsel. Melissa remained with Canon Australia until 2022.

Melissa's most recent position is at ility, where they currently serve as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, a role they started in August 2022.

Melissa Nobleza has pursued various educational programs throughout their academic journey. In 1999-2000, they attended the Australian College of Journalism, where they earned a Diploma in Freelance Photography with a specialization in photojournalism. Later, in 2003, they enrolled in the Sydney Institute of Technology for a Certificate III in Information Technology. Building upon this, they pursued further studies at the same institution in 2004, completing a Certificate IV in Business Administration. Finally, from 2004-2006, they obtained a Diploma in Business, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, also from the Sydney Institute of Technology.
