Alessandro Giannini

Alessandro Giannini is currently the Head of Customer Service at Ilkari, where they oversee customer interactions and service delivery. They previously held the same position at The Workshop and Okens Domains, the latter of which is now part of Ilkari. With a strong background in IT support, Alessandro served as a Desktop Support Specialist and Team Lead at The Workshop and worked as an IT Supporter for BESTSELLER. They earned a degree in Scienze Matematiche, Fisiche e Naturali with a focus on informatics from the Università degli Studi di Salerno, where they studied from 2005 to 2016.
