Greg Offsay, CCIM, serves as Executive Vice President at illi Commercial Real Estate since December 2007, specializing in advisory services for Leasing and Investment Sales/Acquisition of Commercial Real Estate, with a primary focus on the Retail sector, particularly restaurants, bars, fitness, and general retail uses. Greg has also gained experience in Office and Industrial Leasing and Investment Sales, and is adept at developing marketing programs and maintaining relationships with tenants, landlords, and property managers. Prior to this role, Greg completed internships at Smith Barney in Wealth Management and at Mitchell K. Stubbs & Associates as a Talent Agent Assistant, further enhancing analytical and client support skills. Greg holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and obtained the CCIM designation between 2013 and 2014.
