Marcello Valenti

He graduated in Law from the University of Cagliari. In 1993 he joined the Tremonti e Associati firm, becoming a partner in 2000. He is a member of the Milan Bar and is an auditor.

He also holds the role of transaction partner which sees him involved in various complex LBO transactions, operations in the energy and real estate sectors and collaborates in important IPO securitization transactions. In his career he is recognized as Judicial Administrator and Judicial Guardian, in relation to various companies, by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Bari and the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Milan.

He has assisted in various extraordinary transactions, loans and issues of securities representing primary regulatory capital and bonds, including Ardian, Citibank International PLC, Banca Intesa SpA, Pirelli Real Estate, Telecom Italia, Olivetti and many others.

He is currently a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Board of Directors of various Italian industrial and financial companies, including illimity.
