Paola Elisabetta M. Galbiati

He graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University, where he has been a tenured lecturer in Corporate Finance since 1996. Formerly a lecturer at the MBA of SDA Bocconi, he is currently responsible for two master's degree courses. Since 1994 he has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in Milan.

He carries out professional consultancy activities initially in Brugger & Associati (1982-2005) as project manager and team leader alongside the top management of industrial companies. Later he became Independent Consultant in AlixPartners (2005-2012) in the context of Financial Advisory Services and Corporate Turnaround, also taking on temporary management roles (Chief Executive Officer in Dianos SpA, an Information Technology company in the financial sector, from 2003 to 2005).

He has held various management and control positions in industrial companies (also listed on regulated markets), including Independent Director in Fullsix SpA, Servizi Italia SpA, Banca Popolare di Milano, Banco BPM SpA, Banca Akros SpA, Silvier Fir SGR and Statutory Auditor in Tamburi Investment Partners SpA

She is the author of books and scientific publications.

He is currently an independent Director of Unieuro, illimity Bank SpA, illimity SGR and Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA.
