Paul Russell

Paul Russell is an experienced operations and contract manager with a strong background in the construction industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Illingworth & Gregory since January 2022, Paul has previously held roles including Contract Manager at PDR Construction Limited and Houlton, as well as Construction Manager at Interserve Project Services and Laing O'Rourke. With a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bradford, earned between 1994 and 1998, Paul brings over two decades of expertise to the field.
