Anna Kieta is a senior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in business. Anna is passionate about enhancing workplace quality of life and is dedicated to leveraging behavioral sciences to support organizational human resources. Currently serving as the Vice President of External Relations for the Human Resources & Psychology Organization, Anna also holds a position as a Customer Service Assistant at Illinois Campus Recreation. With a keen interest in employee engagement and organizational development, Anna is actively seeking hands-on experience to further develop practical skills in these areas.
