Kayla Thompson Griffiths is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist for both COUNTRY Financial® and Illinois Farm Bureau since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Kayla held the position of Lead Communications & Chief Public Relations Officer at Illinois Central College from June 2019 to May 2022, and also worked as a Communications Coordinator there. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Marketing Event Coordinator at UnityPoint Health from November 2011 to May 2019. Kayla's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and an Associate of Arts from Mid-Plains Community College.
