Michelle Crowe

Michelle Crowe has extensive experience in safety education and hospitality, currently serving as Head of Safety Education and Owner at Katkin since 2012, as well as in the same role at Illinois Casualty Company since October 2021. Previously, Michelle was the Owner of Southern Hospitality Education DBA Katkin, which specializes in food and alcohol safety education, and worked as a Hospitality Specialist at Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve/St. Louis and Gravity Payments. Additional roles include Relationship Manager at Heartland Payment Systems and Branch Sales Manager at Regions Bank. Michelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry from 2002 to 2004.
