Monica Gibson has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Estimating Assistant at Illinois Constructors Corporation since November 2013, Monica provides administrative support to estimators and conducts research on new project bids. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Advantax Group, where responsibilities encompassed calendar management, meeting coordination, and budget oversight. Additionally, Monica worked as an Executive Assistant at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, supporting a Vice President and assisting with budget management. Monica's career began as a Restaurant Manager at Omni Hotels, where notable achievements included receiving the Manager of the 1st Quarter award while overseeing food and beverage operations. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Hotel Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
