Jaclyn Bowen has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant at MedStaff Alternatives. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Commissions Specialist at Nitel. In 2013, they served as a Team Lead at Kairos Consulting, where they developed a marketing plan for the Better Business Bureau. Since 2012, Jaclyn has been with the Illinois Health and Hospital Association, initially as a Manager of Verified Services and currently as the Director of Human Capital Services, a position they have held since September 2020.
