Kevin Hall

Kevin Hall has extensive experience in design, construction, and regulatory compliance within the housing and planning sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Illinois Housing Development Authority since July 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Director of Planning, Design and Engineering at the Chicago Housing Authority, overseeing a $300 million Capital Improvement Program. Kevin also has experience as Vice President at VOA Associates Incorporated, where responsibilities included managing revenue in the healthcare market. Earlier roles include Strategic Planner for Chicago Transit Partners, Deputy Director of Design at The Public Building Commission of Chicago, and Project Manager at OWP/P, focusing on sustainability in healthcare. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.
