Bj Engelhardt

BJ (John) Engelhardt has extensive experience in career services and higher education admissions, currently serving as the Executive Director of Career Services at the Illinois Institute of Technology since August 2007. In various roles, including Senior Director and Director of Operations, BJ Engelhardt has focused on enhancing operational efficiency in career services and fostering a career-oriented culture on campus. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director for Transfer Partnerships and Transfer Admission Counselor, where efforts centered on partnerships with community colleges and recruitment of undergraduate transfer students. Additionally, BJ Engelhardt served as Assistant Director for Graduate and Professional Recruitment at IIT Stuart School of Business, significantly increasing enrollment rates. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing Analytics and Communication from Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.A./B.S. in History and Secondary Education from Valparaiso University.
