Gavin Waits

Gavin Waits is an experienced professional in guest experiences and strategic operations, currently serving as the Director of Guest Experiences and Strategic Operations at the Illinois Institute of Technology since September 2019. Waits has successfully transformed visitor operations through the university's Welcome Center, focusing on personalized guest experiences.
