Jim Pistorius

Jim Pistorius currently serves as the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where domestic fall enrollments increased by 38.2% and fair attendance rose by 152%. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Enrollment Management at Oak Point University, where leadership in the Enrollment Management Department focused on student engagement and achieving enrollment goals. At Chamberlain University, Jim progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Associate Director of Admissions II, where responsibilities included providing quality service, developing training and coaching plans, and utilizing data-driven decision-making to meet enrollment targets. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as Division Manager at Primerica Financial Services, managing and recruiting a team while developing markets and training personnel.
