Bernessa Wilson has extensive experience in marketing and communications roles. Bernessa currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, & Research at Illinois Mutual, where they collaborate with top executives to implement goals and objectives aligned with the corporate strategy. Bernessa is responsible for managing a team of 20 to define and communicate the Illinois Mutual brand across all channels. Prior to this, Bernessa worked at Prince Castle as the Head of Marketing and Marketing Communications, where they developed strategic marketing plans and built a high-performing marketing team. Bernessa also worked at Impact XM as a Marketing Manager, launching the global brand externally and managing a marketing team. In addition, Bernessa has experience at Roquette, Packer Engineering, PepsiCo, and RR Donnelley, where they held various marketing and communications roles and contributed to brand building, market share growth, and successful marketing strategies.
Bernessa Wilson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from DePaul University. Bernessa attended the university from 2005 to 2008.
